    CCサブスクリプションだと思いますが、解約についての日本語文書は下記それぞれになりますので参考にしてみてください。

    ただ念のため、年間プランの場合は残り期限に応じた解約料がかかりますので注意しましょう。

    This page tells you how to cancel your Creative Cloud subscription, but I don't know how you'll manage with the language.   If you search for Adobe CC cancel in your own language, then I expect you will find the relevant information in that same language.   This is so long as your country is on the CC available countries list.
