Acrobat Reader DC 開けない

突然  Acrobat Reader DCが開けなくなりました。

数日前まではPDF等も開けていました。

再度、インストールしてみましたが、インストーズ済です。となります。

『 Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE sarver』いうエラー表示です。

なぜ開けないのかわかりません。

どなたか解決法をお教え頂ければ幸いです。

ちなみにWindows10を使っています。

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    As you were receiving the error " Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server", did you tried the steps suggested in the thread provided above?

    If you still experiencing the issue, please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Fatal error - Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE server.

    Hope this will resolve the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please let us know the application version installed on the machine (To check the version, take help from the steps mentioned here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC).

    Also, provide the information of the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
