Acrobat Reader 32-bit to 64-bit migration no longer shows upgrade prompt on Windows !--scriptorstartfragment-->We are using free Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows. Background:- In our customer environment, about half of the PCs have already been updated from 32-bit Reader to 64-bit Reader in the past.- Because of that, we are now considering moving all remaining PCs to 64-bit Reader as well.- Our current plan is to re-enable automatic updates and remove previous registry/GPO-based controls related to 32-bit/64-bit behavior. Issue:- Previously, in some environments, we observed behavior that appeared to guide or prompt users from 32-bit Reader to 64-bit Reader.- However, in our recent test environment, we can no longer reproduce that behavior.- We want to understand whether 32-bit to 64-bit migration for free Acrobat Reader on Windows is still active and how it is supposed to work now.
