Acrobat 　Reader 　DCがインストールできない。10月15日夜発生

アンイスートと　インストールを繰り返していたら　問題発生。

問題、Adobe Acrobat Reader DCがインストールができなくなった。

問題の出発点

　　　10月15日午前中　急に　ワード、エクセル、のPDFファイルが開封できなる

　　　マイクロソフトへ遠隔操作で診断してもらったが　解決できない。

　　　アドビ社へたらい回し。

　　　アドビー社へ問い合わせを電話したが「無料ソフトだから」「ジャパンフォーラム」で

　　　解決してほしいとのこと。

私の　OSは　　Windouws１０home&pro　　６４BITです。

OFFICEは　３６５　を使っています。

　　　OUTLOOKメール　IE11の操作は問題なくできます。

　　　とりあえずMicro Soft Edgeを代替えで使ってしのいでいます。

　　　　どなたか　　助けてください。

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once, then use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove any corrupt or conflicting installation files of Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and download Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

once the setup is downloaded, locate the setup, right click on the setup file and click on ‘properties’.

Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/7 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

Once this is done, restart the computer and locate Adobe Reader icon, right click and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
