You may need to whitelist/change firewall configuration to download the patch on the computer which is connected to the Internet.

デスクトップでパッチをUSBメモリへコピーしました。

USBメモリからスタンドアロンへコピーしました。

Could you please let us know if you are trying to install the version 11.0.22 for Reader and getting the message that the pc is not connected to the internet or getting this message when trying to Signing in/ exporting pdf in Reader?
