イラストレーター体験版のインストール時に起きるエラー

イラストレーターの体験版をインストールしようとしたところ、「インストールは終了しましたが、一部のオプションコンポーネントが正常にインストールされませんでした（６）」と表示されます。何度再試行を試しても同じエラーメッセージが表示され困っています。OSはwindows8です。
