シリアルナンバーが認証されなくてインストールできません。
プレミア エレメンツ14を購入してMacにインストールをしシリアルナンバーを入力しても認証されず困っています。

よくあるトラブルが以下となります、ご参考にどうぞー
・シリアルを全角数字で入力している
・PhotoshopElementsとのPackで購入している場合にPremiereではなくPhotoshopのシリアルを入力している
