プレミアエレメンツ15のインストールでエラー

購入したプレミアエレメンツ15のインストールでエラーが出ます。

どうしたらよいでしょうか？PCのOSはwindows8.1です。

エラーの内容は次の通りです。

アンインストールした上で、再度インストールしてみましたが、次の内容でエラーが出てインストールできませんでした。

どなたかアドバイスいただけるとありがたいです。
