もし、従来所有している永続ライセンス版のCS6が、ということであれば、下記参照しての対処が必要です。
CreativeCloud契約終了後、シリアル番号インストールしたCS6が起動不可になってしまう場合の対処
なお質問される際はOSバージョンやアプリケーションのライセンス情報なども記載しましょう。
