中文版软件问题

我在比利时留学，购买了学生版，但是怎么安装中文版的软件。安装了Adobe creative cloud，目前只能下载英文版的，求助！

The Adobe Creative Cloud will be installed on the language as per your Computer's System Language by default.

Except Adobe Creative Cloud , other CC apps you can change the language and install Apps like Photoshop CC 2015 or other versions in Chinese.
