  • 学生・教職員個人版 (年間プラン 一括払い)‎を購入2年前に購入したのですが、昨日からAdobeソフトが開けなくなり、
  • サブリクションの更新から状況を見てみると、有効期限切れとなっており、更新したいのですが方法がわからず困っています。
  • 再度購入するしかないのでしょうか?
