従来月額：2180円でしたが、来月の更新のお知らせでは、2980円になっています。なぜでしょうか？　サポート窓口電話がお休みのため、こちらで伺います。

Hi zushikko,

We understand that you have received a notice of your Creative cloud renewal with increased subscription fee . The basic reason for this could be that your account was on the promotional pricing for a limited duration and which after the completion of this promotional period has changed to the normal pricing.

For further investigation on this, you are requested to contact our support team using this link. Contact Customer Care
