銀行振込で支払ったのですが利用が開始できません。

一年前にフォトプランを年間プラン一括払いで購入。

使用期限が切れるのでもう一度フォトプランを年間プラン一括払いで銀行振込で購入し

支払い先などのメールが来たので振り込みましたが

「ご注文を現在処理中」のまま進まず、使用期限が切れてしまい未だ利用が再開できずにいます。

支払いが確認とれていないのでしょうか?
