ＰＣが壊れてしまい、買い換えました。
学生版、月々払いの、ｃｃ シリーズ （クリエイティブ）でした。
新しいＰＣに、ダウンロード＆インストールするには、どうしたらよいでしょうか？

install your cc desktop application (from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud ) onto your new computer.
use that application to install your cc programs.
