Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 & Adobe Premiere Elements 14 学生・教職員個人版 (Mac,日本語) をクレジットカードで購入しましたが、３日経っても ご注文を現在処理中です。「この処理には最大で24時間かかることがあります。時間をおいてからご確認ください。」というメッセージが表示されます。どうすればよいですか？

    I have checked the account and the Adobe ID on the forums has no product registered under it.

    Do you have an order number that I can look up for you?
