Applying community fund error

I tried many times to type words in this section in order to apply community fund. but always this error comes up. Do you know how to solve this problem? I know there is section ask about creative cloud instoling and download, but I cannot find right place to ask this issue/ Please help me. Thank you

As for the search, you have a better chance of getting it if you try to search for fewer words.

However, if you can't find that many searches, I think it's better to describe the issue in detail and wait for an answer.
This screenshot alone doesn't give us much detail, so could you please describe your environment, the application you're having trouble with, and the symptoms you're experiencing?
