can you help me?  for some reason I can no longer share creative cloud files as PDF from adobeillustrator app (both these are on my ipad pro) worked fine until feb19th...got a request for authentication in the creative cloud app & that was the end...constantly says files sent successfully , but they are not in ya creativecloud acct I have access to now...
