インストールができない、というのは具体的にどのような状況でしょうか？

インストーラーが立ち上がらない、インストールを実行してもエラーメッセージが表示される、インストールしたアプリケーションが立ち上がらない…

また、使用されているMacのOSのバージョンについてもお知らせいただけると、回答が得られやすいと思います。
