Design Standard　ＣＳ６　アンインストールできない

Design Standard CS6をアンインストールして、またインストールし直そうとしたら、

アンインストール出来ず、次の様なエラー表示が出てきます。

Exit Code: 6

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DW012 ...

ちなみに使用しているＰＣはWindows/XPです。

何が原因か分かりますでしょうか？
