Dreamweaver CS5 の再インストールができません。

Dreamweaver CS4 はすでに登録済みで、アカウントにも表示されています。新たに入手した同品 CS5 は、

認識されていることが分かっていますが、登録に表示されていません。最近、PCにトラブルがあって、CS5 を

再インストールしようとしていますが、「この製品は登録外です。」という表示が出続け、インストールが不能で

す。対応についてご支援ご助言をお願いいたします。以上
