IllustlatorCS6が起動しなくなった。Adobe applicataion manegerが原因と言われたが？

Adobe CS desogn standradのユーザーです。MacOS10.10.1で使用中。インストール後、3週間は問題なく使用できていましたが、昨日急に「ライセンス認証を要求する」エラーがでて、使用不能になりました。サポートに電話して、ライセンス認証は問題ないことが確認できましたが、テクニカルに電話するよう指示されたので、しましたが、サポートが終了していると言われ、Adobe applicataion manegerが原因ではといわれ、削除？再インストール？の方法を送ると言われたまま、そのままになっています。原因がわからないので、対処の方法がわかりません。Adobe applicataion manegerが原因であれば、削除、再インストールの方法をご教示お願いいたします。

バージョンがわかりませんが、私が知る限り、Creative SuiteだろうがCreative Cloudだろうが、アクティベーション（ライセンス認証

ができない理由は殆どこれです。

有償サブスクリプションが体験版で起動する。シリアル番号を求められる。

すなわち、ライセンス認証サーバーにアクセスできないネットワーク環境か、Apprication Magangerが何かの要因で破損しているか、海賊版をインストールした過去があるか、です。

結局これはどうやったのか忘れてしまいましたが解決しまたが、他の問題もあってOSの再インストールをしてすべてを解決しました。アドバイスありがとうございます。今後ともよろしくお願い申し上げます。Mac Proは誰も使っていないので困ります。
