LightroomCCを外出先でMacBook Proで編集後、Windows10で作業できますか？

データはもばいるはーどでぃすくでメタデータごとWindowsで読めるようすれば良いのでしょうが。

カタログはマック→Windowsで反映できるのでしょうか？

お教えください。

Yes this is possible if the Mac and Windows parts of your MacBook Pro can reads the same hard disk. The format of the metadata is the same and readable by both Mac and Windows for Lightroom. You may also look at your images from PC and Mac on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom​ website.
