Mac OS10.13.1でのライセンシング

Mac OS10.13.1が不調のため，timemachineで復元しましたが，PhotoshopCS4やAfter Effect CS4を起動しようとすると「ライセンシングが動作していません．」エラー：１５０：３０という表示がされます．

もともと，OS10.13.1で使用できていたのでなんとかしたいのですが，どうすれば再度使用できるようになりますでしょうか？

    Tell everyone you know who owns a Mac, including Apple employees... Mac Migration and Time Machine DO NOT WORK properly with Adobe program activations due to hidden registration files that are not included when Migration or Time Machine make their copies
