PC初期化の再ダウンロードについて

はじめまして。
 
この度、諸事情でPCを初期化するので、いま購入して使用している(月額980円)Photoshopも消えてしまうとのことで、再ダウンロードが必要なのですよね？？
その際、初期化前にやることはありますか？？
再ダウンロードはAdobeのサイトにログインすれば可能なのでしょうか？

if you're asking how to reinstall your subscription programs after reformatting your computer, do a clean install after formatting by installing the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and using it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
