カウントツールの数字ごと出力したい。

初めて質問させていただきます。
どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
 
表題の件ですが仕事で翻訳用に漫画テキストのナンバリングを行っております。
その際カウントツールが大変便利なのですが、JPG保存した時にせっかく打ち込んだ
カウントが無い状態で保存されてしまいます。
 
設定を色々と確認したのですが見つからず、カウントごとの保存は可能なのでしょうか。
お手数おかけいたしますが、ご教授のほど何卒宜しくお願い致します。

Not sure if I understand the issue correctly, could you please elaborate and provide some more details about the issue?
A screenshot would be helpful as well.

Also, what version of Photoshop and the operating system you're working with? You can check that by going to Help > System Info.
