Photoshopのカスタムシェイプに最初から付属している矢印等を作品に組み合わせる形で使って、できた作品を商用利用することは可能でしょうか？

I am not a lawyer but as far as I am aware, there is no issue using the built in shapes, gradients, patterns etc in the process of making your own images, Many do, that is why they are included with the application.

What would not be acceptable would be to include them in a library of shapes that you then sold commercially.
