ショートカットキー登録後、操作中に勝手に別のショートカットキーに変更される

編集/変形/水平方向に変形　アクションにショートカットキーcontorol + command + ￥を割り当てています。 最初はそのまま使えるのですが、しばらくすると操作中に突然ショートカットキーが使えなくなり、確認してみると勝手にcontorol + command + e　に変更されています。 不便なので何か解決方法があったら嬉しいです。よろしくお願いいたします。 環境photoshop2020iMac mojave 10.14.6
