ブラシツールを使用して、線の先がだんだんと細くなる書き方を教えていただけますでしょうか。illustratorなら方法はあるとのことですが、photoshopでも可能なのか、教えて頂きたいです。よろしくお願いいたします。

ブラシパネルを開き、

「シェイプ」にチェックを入れて、

「サイズのジッター」のところを「フェード」にして、

適用量は100ぐらいを基準に好みに調整してください。
