人物を切り抜いた後のサイズ変更

移動ツールのままバウンディングボックスONで自由変形できます。

プロパティパネルへの数値入力でも可能です。

レイヤーのサイズ変更であれば通常は自由変形を使うといいでしょう。

ただそのまま何度も行うと画質が劣化するので、事前にスマートオブジェクトに変換するといいでしょう。

（ただ拡大であれば基本的に劣化します）

なお質問される際はOSバージョンや具体的な利用バージョンなどを記載しましょう。
