環境Windows7 HP SP1RAM 8GBNvidia GeForce GTX960PhotoShop 21.0.3 他の方も投稿されてる内容ですが、非常に困っているので改善方法をお教えください。「操作を完了できませんでした」の他に「クリップデータを読み込めませんでた」などが出ます。レジストリデータを弄る方法も試しましたが、一向に改善されません。

You can try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html
