Question

»After selecting a range of walls, I tried to change it to white with the Color Replacement tool.

The color of the wall becomes gray.

Other colors such as red and yellow can be reproduced without problems, but white walls cannot be expressed.

If you know how to make a white wall, I would like you to teach me.«

The Color Replacement Tool is worthless for serious work and you should disregard it completely in my opinion.

Adjustment Layers with Layer Masks will likely produce more meaningful results.

Anyway, white is not actually a color in the sense of having a hue or saturation.

Please post the image in question.

One can for example combine a Cirves Layer to edit the brightness and a Hue/Saturation Layer to change the hue.

But one needs to make a fairly good Layer Mask to get a good result.

Could you please post the image in question (or a part of it)?
