色がおかしい

Photoshopを使用中、編集画面の時だけ画面の色がおかしくなります。具体的には白色がクリーム色になります。サポートに問い合わせ、全てのことをしましたが、改善されません。パソコンは、最近買った新しい物で、Photoshopも最新のものです。
