Adobe Photoshop 2021を起動する際に”loadlibrary failed with error 126：指定されたモジュールが見つかりません。”のerrorメッセージが出る。OKクリックで起動しファイルの読み込みはするが、編集が出来なくソフトの終了も出来なく、使い物にならない状態です。
