Photoshopのインストールが進まない

お使いのパソコンのOSのバージョンは何でしょうか。また，CreativeCloudDesktop からPhotoshop（21.0.1）のインストールを行った場合のトラブルでしょうか。その他，詳しい状況がわかると適切な回答がつく可能性が高まります。うまくインストールできるといいですね。
