単独のレイヤーのみを回転移動するには？レイヤーを選択、回転をすると他のレイヤーも回転してしまいます。キャンバスではなく、レイヤーを回転したいのですが？

自由変形（Ctrl/Command+T）を使えばマウスドラッグやコントロールの数値入力で特定レイヤーだけ回転可能です。
