Photoshop2019 での塗りつぶしパターンの比率変更方法

I like the pattern adjustment layer. You can make revisions, and is efficent.

After creating the Pattern (Fig 1) and filling the area with the Pattern (Fig 2)  you can use Edit > Transform > Scale to reduce the Pattern size and area (Fig 3) or enlarge the Pattern size (Fig 4).
