photoshopCCで画像ファイルを閉じると必ず現れる「Photoshopをご利用いただきましてありがとうございます」のウィンドを表示させない方法は？

オフにしても変わりませんでした。

「ホーム画面を無効にする」ですね。

実はこれをオフにしてもたまに表示される場合がありますが、おそらくバグです。どうしても気になるようでしたら2018に戻った方がいいかもしれません。
