Problem with epson

2020版については新米oldboyです。教えてください。もう10年もののスキャナーepson gt800)をつかっていますが、この2020版では、思うように動かずこまってます。GT800のCDでインストールは終了してますがそのあたりから躓いています。手順わかりやすく教えていただければと思います。

Vuescan has often been useful in the case of scanners unsupported in newer operarting systems.

OSは何を使っていますか？また「思うように動かない」「そのあたりから」とは、具体的にどんな様子なんでしょうか。

Macだと仮定して、ファイル＞読み込み＞画像をデバイスから……を選択すれば、Epsonドライバの設定画面は呼び出せますし、スキャン後すぐ開けますが、これではないようでしたらまた書き込んでください。

「思うように動かず」という点を具体的に記載はしていただいたほうがいいところです。

ただ比較がCS5以下の旧バージョンの場合、TWAINによる連動自体が廃止されていますので、EPSON Scanで別途スキャン+TIFF保存したうえで、Photoshopで別途開くことが基本になります。

（Windows環境の場合はWIAでのスキャンはできますが、細かい調整ができない点が生じます）

Hello, we need your help... what operating system are you using? Is the scanner available in other programs?

Did you check on the epson site if there is a newer driver for your scanner, that might be compatible with newer Operating Systems?
