결제 수단 오류 및 결제 취소

안녕하세요. 8월 27일 결제 후 결제를 취소하고 싶습니다. 

근데 카드 등록에 문제가 생긴건지 '결제 업데이트' 하란 말이 뜨고 정작 제가 등록해 놓은 카드에 무슨 오류가 생긴건지, 무엇을 바꾸면 되는지 알 수 없어서요. 결제를 어떻게 하면 취소할 수 있을까요? 

HI, I want to cancel my plan already been paid. But in this site I only see the situation that the pay mean(my card) shoud be updated. I want to cancel my plan before the deadline alredy paid charge can be refunded 100%. Please let me know what is the problem and resolve that.
