계정 로그인 발생되는 에러

안녕하세요
저는 구독 중에 있는 학생입니다.

 

맥북을 사용하다가

최근 조립 데스크탑을 구매하여, 무선 인터넷으로 어도비 홈페이지에 접속하여

사용중인 계정으로 로그인을 하려고 할때 아래와 같이 연결할수 없다는 메세지와 뜨며

인터넷 연결이 안되고 있습니다. 

 

그리고, Adobe 홈페이지 화면 우측상단에 로그인 버튼도 없습니다.
데스크탑 조립업체에서도 관련 문제로 약 3시간 동안 인터넷 및 방화벽  설정을 확인 했지만

H/W는 문제가 없다며, 어도비 기술적 문의를 하라고 합니다.

어떻게 해야 하는지,  확인 부탁합니다.

    위에서 언급하신 "로그인 시도"는 어디에서 하신걸까요?

    그리고 우측 상단 로그인 메뉴가 나오지 않는 어도비 홈페이지는 어떤 브라우저로 접속하신건가요?

    크롬이나 파이어폭스 등의 브라우저로 접속해보시고, 동일 증상 발생한다면 시크릿 창에서 시도해보세요.

     

    그리고 오류가 나타나는 화면은 가급적 캡쳐해서 올려주시면 보다 명확한 확인을 할 수 있을 것 같습니다.
