구독취소 문의
오늘이 체험판 마지막 1일이라고 나왔는데 구독취소하려고 보니까 구독 취소버튼이 없어졌습니다
공개된 커뮤니티 게시판에서는 사용자의 계정, 플랜 계약, 결제 정보를 공유할 수 없기 때문에 커뮤니티 게시판을 통해 계정확인, 결제, 취소, 환불 절차를 받기는 어렵습니다.
현재 계정에 대한 상세한 확인이 필요합니다.
