구독 취소했는데 결제가 된건 대체 무슨 의미죠??

제목 그대로입니다.오늘 아침에 어도비 구독해지를 진행해서 더이상 결제가 이루어져서는 안됐는데, 몇십분 뒤 카드사에서 구독갱신했다며 출금 내역을 보여주더라구요?안그래도 그동안 사용하지도 않는데 돈만 나가서 짜증이 났는데 이건 그냥 도둑질이 아닌지? ㅋㅋ..제대로 해명하지 않으면 법적 조치를 취할수도 있으니 답장을 해주시는게 좋을것 같습니다.
