구매한게 없는데 돈이 계속 나가고 있습니다
플랜에서 취소하라고 하는데 취소 버튼은 보이지 않습니다
결재내역도 안뜨는데 카드에서 돈은 매월 나갑니다

    If you're certain you or a family member did not order anything from Adobe, maybe your card was compromised without your knowledge.  Contact your bank immediately.  Adobe cannot help you because they are victims, too. 

     

    Your bank will probably ask you to sign some legal forms before they cancel the account and turn the matter over to law enforcement for fraud investigation.

    in the chat field, type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

     

    p.s. if canceling early there's an early cancellation fee = 1/2 the cost of the remaining subscription
