애프터 이펙트 결제를 했는데 내역서가 날라오지 않습니다.

제목과 그대로 애프터 이펙트 24000원 결제를 진행하였는데 돈이 빠져나갔다는 문자는 왔지만 내역서는 오지 않았습니다. 다운로드도 진행되지 않구요. 제가 중간에 비밀번호가 생각이 나지 않아 바꾸게 되었는데 그게 영향이 있는 것일까요? 현재 2번 결제를 하여서 하나는 취소를 했지만 다른 하나는 결제 내역이 뜨지 않아 취소가 되지 않고 있는 상태입니다.
