요금제 취소 후 환불 관련 질문

며칠 전 플랜 변경을 통해서 플랜 취소를 하였으나 2021.09.24 / 19:22:42 시에 크리에이티브 클라우드 서비스 금액인 23,100\이 결제되었습니다.

곧바로 플랜 취소를 진행했지만 금일 11시 30분 까지 금액이 환불되지 않고 있어서 문의 남깁니다. 빠르고 정확한 답변 부탁드립니다.

    Be patient.  It may take several working days for refunds to be issued.  I don't expect a refund to appear on my bank statement for at least 1 month.
