위약금

7일 무료체험을 써보기 위해 프로그램을 까는데

카드번호를 등록해야한다고 해서

등록했습니다.

처음 프로그램을 깔고

그 이후 시스템을 정확히 이해하지 못해

다시 해지하지 못하다

결재된 금액을 보고 어제 해지하려고 보니

위약금이 발생한다는 말을 보았습니다.

그리고 실제로 결재가 되었구요.

체험판 쓰자고 15만원돈 되는 금액을 내야한다는게

무슨 상황인지 너무 어리둥절합니다.

프로그램을 제가 계속 사용을 해왔다면 모르겠지만

부당한 지급이라 생각됩니다.
