이메일을 잘못 입력한 상태로 결제

제목 그대로 gmail로 가입해서 결제해야하는데 gmai로 가입이 된 상태로 결제해버렸는데 취소도 안되고 로그인도 안되는 상태입니다.. 어도비에 메일로 문의해서 결제 취소를 할 수 있나요ㅠㅠ 방법 알고 계시면 알려주세요
