취소수수료 뭔가요?
제가 1년간 구독을 했는데 거이 사용을 하지 않아서 방금 구독을 취소 했습니다.
근데 갑자기 4만원이 넘는 취소수수료를 내라는데 이건 뭐죠?
안그래도 돈이 없어서 안쓰는 어도비를 취소한건데 이거 내야하는건가요?
