월간 플랜을 이용하고 있던 유저입니다. 앞으로 이용 하지 않을거 같아서 2월 결제 전에 플랜을 취소 하였는데. 02월12일 이후에 62000원 결제가 되었습니다. 이게 어떻게 된 일인지 그 돈은 환불이 안돼는 건지 빠른 답변 바랍니다.
