학생용 모든앱 결제

제가 저번에 학생용이 있는줄 모르고 개인용으로 일러스트를 삿었는데 오늘 학생용으로 모든앱을 샀거든요 근데 결제는 완료되어있는데 제 계정에 프로그램이 저번에 샀던 일러스트 밖에 안뜨고 프로그램이 별도로 구매하라고 뜨는데 어떻게 된건가요???
